Brushing your teeth and Qigong (What?)

This is kind of an awkward question...

"Do you brush your teeth?

If you're like most people you brush at least twice per day.

You brush your teeth because you don't want a yellow smile or worse... cavities.

As you may know, cavities happen due to plaque build-up around your teeth.

It goes unnoticed at first…

But over time this plaque build-up becomes a BIG problem.

I don't know about you...

But I prefer to avoid the Dentist as much as possible.

So what's this got to do with Qigong?

Qigong is like a toothbrush for your mind, body, and spirit.

Like plaque, negative emotions you hang on to will build up inside of you.

If you don't work to release this build-up you begin to feel unbalanced.

Or worse...

You can develop serious physical and mental health problems.

That's why it’s important to open up your meridians and free yourself from any emotional blockages.

  • Qigong for Grief and Sadness

  • Qigong for Worry and Anxiety

  • Qigong for Stress and Anger

Breathing and movement techniques to help you release negative emotions and cultivate inner calmness." (Tevia Feng)
